Oxbow Audio Lab Returns

At Oxbow Audio Lab, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their guitar purchase. That's why we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return policy. If you need to return a guitar, amp or pedal please follow these guidelines:

1. Notify us within 30 days of receipt: To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your guitar. You can contact us by phone or email to initiate the return process.

2. Return the guitar, amp or pedal in its original condition: To qualify for a refund, the guitar must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging materials, and documentation. Any damage or signs of wear and tear may result in a reduced refund or denial of the return.

3. Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable carrier and purchasing insurance for the value of the guitar. We cannot be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.

4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned guitar and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that have been opened and used. If the item shows other signs of use, fee may be higher. 

5. Exclusions: Custom orders, special orders, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any product that has been altered or modified by the customer is not eligible for return.
